![]() Trading in this game runs on a trust factor.It's a great feeling to work so hard on a scouting report all year and having it pay off on draft day. You get 8 scouting per week, and 25 for the combine. Each player needs to be scouted 4 times to have an accurate estimate. In this game you need to scout draft prospects and free agents before signing them or you risk a bust. For example, I drafted a WR who only had a max potential of 85 speed, but had 90s in route cuts and accuracy, and watching him cut in individual practices vs my other WRs is night and day. Actually being a coach/seeing talent development.The benched players usually work twice as hard. The "position battle" engine that Madden used to have has a huge role in this game.You're office upgrades depending on if you had a successful season, or coach a more popular team.(Could tell him to make 1or 2 reads then scramble as a 3rd option. Tell your QB his progression at the line of scrimmage.Being able to audible at the line of scrimmage.(Much less than 09) and each week you lose majority of those points. The "attribute ranges" alter durasically.This game has some presentations for certain moments, like your first win, first playoff win, rookie QB starting, Superbowl celebration, ect.The hall of legends is cool, you can become the greatest coach ever and have a huge statue of your coach built.Being able to communicate with players.After completing a week long prep for your next game, getting to actually coach the game can feel very rewarding.The games are much quicker, takes about 30min. ![]()
